July 4 - Happy Independence Day! We have just two more new classes before the August newsletter comes out. Colorwash Trip with Becky Keck starts Saturday July 12 and continues July 26, ends August 9. This is a class for all levels and we even have some repeat students signed up already, so you know it's got to be a great class! There are a few examples of this quilt in our window opposite the courtyard. Collage Vest is a three day intensive, but fun and creative class with Betty Neff and Nancy Eberlin. It runs July 15, 16 and 17. The class itself is inspired by Rosemary Eichorn and her wonderful book, The Art of Fabric Collage. This class was a hit with students last time and we all had a blast seeing everyone's finished creations at the Dianan Fashion Show. Your Day Out on July 18 is a sew-along day for anyone interested. It's free, but please reserve a spot as space is limited. The latest fabric to arrive is more Amy Butler, Kaffe Fassett and Martha Negley, as well as the Smores line. We also have a few of Amy Butler's most popular purse patterns in stock. |
